Esri Partners with AgIntegrated to Bring Users Precision Agriculture

Partnership Makes Agricultural Location Intelligence More Easily Accessible for Users

Esri, the global leader in location intelligence, today announced a new partnership with AgIntegrated, makers of Onsite API Services and QC Pro, a well-known data hub for the agriculture and forestry segments. The data hub filters diverse machine equipment data (from manufacturers such as John Deere, Case IH, AGCO, Raven, Ag Leader, and Precision Planting) through a centralized platform. Together, Esri and AgIntegrated will create an opportunity for agriculture and forestry customers to connect with data gathered from multiple agriculture and forestry sources that has been processed through AgIntegrated's software to ensure quality control and standardization. Users can then quickly and easily access that information from Esri's own platform.

"Both AgIntegrated and Esri are connected to some of the largest agriculture clients in the world but in different ways," said Duane Reese, president of AgIntegrated. "Leveraging our respective technologies allows us to send microdatasets direct from a machine in the field to macrodata environments for broader analysis if needed, which is a very unique combination."

AgIntegrated has been a fixture in the agriculture industry for over a decade, providing customized software and tools for the precision agriculture and agtech industries to allow customers to understand, transfer, and make sense of precision ag-related data. With this partnership, customers of each company now have the ability to transfer their respective data using either of their standard products.

A grower, for example, has the ability to analyze the data relating to circumstances affecting every seed planted, including seed type and spacing, soil moisture levels, fertilizer application, and weather patterns. The combination of AgIntegrated's technology and Esri's own solution gives users the power to design the optimal growing conditions for the best possible crop.

"Our partnership with AgIntegrated is going to make it easier for Esri customers to process agriculture equipment data through Esri's ArcGIS platform," said Danny Spillmann, Esri's director of global business development, natural resources. "This will eliminate the burden of converting and manipulating proprietary data from different sources and provide a seamless workflow for loading precision agriculture data into ArcGIS."

Representatives from Esri and AgIntegrated will be available to discuss details about the partnership at the InfoAg Conference in St. Louis, Missouri, July 23-25, 2019. To learn more about how Esri supports precision agriculture, visit go.esri.com/agint2019.
