The Texas-based water monitoring company appointed three renowned agribusiness leaders to its advisory board to continue its 100% year-over-year growth in helping ranchers save time, money and have peace of mind.


FORT WORTH, Texas - Ranchbot Monitoring Solutions has appointed three members to its new advisory board. Coming from renowned organizations within the agricultural industry, the new advisory members bring years of experience and leadership to continue the company's 100% year-over-year growth and delivery of innovative solutions.

The newly appointed advisory board members are:

- Greg Mellinger - Boston, Massachusetts

- Lee West - Los Angeles, California

- James Clement III - Kingsville, Texas

Greg Mellinger, founder of High Quest Consulting, a leading consulting firm in the agricultural and food sectors, brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a vast network of established agricultural leaders, institutional investors, asset managers and industry stakeholders. Among the notable achievements of his many ventures were the creation of globally recognized conference brands like "Global Ag Investing" and "Women in Agribusiness." Prior to his entrepreneurial journey, served as an infantry officer in the US Army and held executive roles in consulting firms like PRT Group and RCM Technologies.

Lee West, a seasoned entrepreneur in a diverse range of industries, brings a track record of successful organizational growth and over 40 years of experience. West has advised on more than 1,700 investment entities and start-ups and founded/co-founded globally recognized organizations like North American Water Exchange, helped co-found CBL Markets (Now XSpansive.com), HFS, and more.

James Clement III is a proven leader and a rancher with nearly 400 years of combined family ranching heritage on esteemed operations like Beggs Cattle Co. and King Ranch. Clement currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Grass and Rangeland at EarthOptics and is the founder of Bloody Buckets Cattle Co. and The Land Board. He serves on multiple boards such as Natural Ranching Heritage Association, American Quarter Horse Association, Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association and King Ranch Institute for Ranch Management, and in addition to his agricultural pursuits, James is a dedicated Marine Corps officer, with service spanning both active and reserve components since 2008.
