Farmers Edge™, a leader in digital agriculture, announces the launch of FE Soils—the do-it-yourself grid soil sampling app and nutrient management dashboard for farmers and agronomists across America. Previously known as AgPhD Soils, FE Soils is now fully owned and operated by Farmers Edge, with soil testing services provided by its US Laboratory located in Grimes, Iowa.
FE Soils makes independent soil sampling and nutrient management easier. The platform provides a seamless experience enabling users to plot grid points, manage soil samples, view soil tests, and access fertility prescriptions for their fields. FE Soils is free to use, with costs only associated with the physical soil testing.
Soil testing puts power in the hands of growers, driving insights to optimize inputs and maximize yield potential. Farmers Edge Laboratories performs its detailed Soil Insights Tests on all samples delivering results back in 5-7 days. Tests include free fertility recommendations to help growers and agronomists extract valuable insights from the data.
